Though quaint the downtown area has a large opportunity to renovate and build. Coe Lake and Metro Park are the two components that set the stage that fills the outside portions but still wait to have the remaining middle section properly completed.It's going to take some exploration of small towns similar to Berea to give them some ideas.It STILL lacks that Mayberry, small town feel. It can be SO much more comfortable.Make the residents want to sit on the benches and eat ice cream on a nice summer
