The info on this place couldn't be more wrong!!!!! - 10/29/2020
There are actual micro-climates they forgot to include. It is more foggy. It never got below 29 Degrees fahrenheit since 1965 before the lake was built and it never gets above 91 degrees really. Also, it rains more here than they said because of the lake. We don't have an "urban sprawl" like they said since it is a small, gated, private community with less than 900 homes and a sheriff department. Beautiful lake, village, and HOA neighbor hood with a massive geese problem.
