Small Town Life - 6/10/2009
Circleville, Ohio a commuter city 30 minutes from Columbus, is a pleasant, safe, mostly well-kept community. The city suffers from job losses resulting in high taxes for basic services. City leaders lack leadership skills and smalltown politics thrive here! Schools are average offering a basic education. Those who graduate from college usually do not return to Circleville except for family ties.
