Not a horrible place to live. - 2/3/2019
I've lived in Grove City for going on fifteen years, and was quite familiar with it before that. Grove City Ohio is the fastest growing City in the state of Ohio at last census, and is similar to Westerville Ohio in most aspects. It's a nice Community with plenty to do surrounding the town as Columbus is just a couple minutes away in 3 directions. Most of the people are nice and neighbourly. The only real negatives are that it has a higher cancer risk for the area, lower air quality, and the police force are too many and far too heavy-handed, even with genteel residents. Lots of Opportunity if Willing to Work - 10/22/2014
Being just South of Columbus and in close proximity to the "heart of it all" has it advantages. It's a very nice community with a wholesome family atmosphere. There are various employment opportunities in and around GC, and housing is very affordable. But if you want to enjoy cultural, entertainment, and recreational activities Columbus is just a short 10 minutes away up Read More

Over-all - 5/10/2009
The quality of life here is neither good nor bad. The cost of living is the high side of average with housing costs in particular a little on the high side simply because of the proximity to Columbus. Of course you have the 4 seasons here ... Summer, before Winter, Winter and after Winter. I don't think I have ever experienced a true Spring or Fall here. Don't expect to have a conversation about much of anything around here other than OSU sports (esp football), as they are the one true religion here. Family issues forced me to move here almost 10 yrs ago from Surprise Az (Phoenix area), but will hopefully be able to move back out west within the next yr or 2 depending on the Read More
