Not very accurate - 10/31/2017
I believe the utility cost section needs to be updated. Citizens in jackson are under a monopoly and are forced to only take jackson electric. The rates are outrageous. They fluctuate and right now we are paying 14 cents per KwH, and to start off somewhere new in Jackson there is a non-negoitiable deposit of $450 not based on credit. After 3 years we are finding it is not as affordable to live here as once sought.
