Where on earth did you get your "per pupil" expenses for Rossford, Ohio?
Try more like $12,000 per year. Yes, that is not an mistake. The school board is the "poster child" for tax-and-spend public schools. I've been fighting them for years to stop the constant and unfair levies placed on our real estate. If you love paying taxes and don't mind having the raised every 5 years (or the money wasted on crap), Rossford is your place to live.
