I moved to Warren Ohio just over a year ago.The housing costs here seem outrageously low. There are many old houses in Warren sitting empty I think because of population decline. You would not want to randomly choose a neighborhood here to move into. We have had no problem. There are some good neighborhoods in Warren with old fixer-upper houses that I'd love to see restored to there original
