perfect tucked away suburb - 9/5/2020
first of all, the real estate is beautiful. plenty of Mediterranean style homes. it's expensive, but you get what you pay for, which is the most affluent suburb in lower bucks. has good schools, grocery store, salon, couple of shops and restaurants(shout out to gianni's for actually good pizza & service) but for more chain retailers, you're going to have to travel 10-15 min towards either warminster, newtown or feasterville. thankfully it keeps the traffic out of the small town. theres no traffic, even during rush hour, but the one lane roads can be frustrating. its not an easy commute to center city and i wouldn't want to make that drive every day, but it's an ideal distance if you only go into the city occasionally. i grew up in suburbs that were exits off of highways, and its a bit hard to get used to all the back road driving, but it's lovely once you know your way Read More
