living conditions - 9/2/2010
nice rural atmosphere. beautiful rolling hills. beautiful fruit and produce farms. because of farms food costs are very reasonable. not crowded living. housing costs not so bad. change of seasons make it enjoyable. beautiful fall, spring and winter. variety of activities within 1 hour drive. taxes are beginning to get high. good paying jobs within
