West Reading, PA is a great place to visit. It is a small, quaint borough located in Berks County, Pennsylvania with a population of just over 5,000 people. West Reading is quite a nice little town. There is a nice main street called Penn Ave. which has many nice little shops, coffee houses, etc. Also nearby are some REAL outlet stores(the VF Factory Outlet) which has a whole day's worth of shopping available to you. You will find some great bargains here. And, there is no tax on clothing here in PA. A nice stop for somebody coming through the Reading Read More
