Biggest Bang for your Buck - 2/18/2019
I've lived in this small town for 10 months. Before that I was renting in the West Ashley. This small town offers you the biggest bang for your buck as far as housing prices. Your close to the main large employers such as Volvo, Mercedes Benz Van's and Boeing. We relocated here from Atlanta GA and couldn't be happier. The only drawback is due to the smaller population you have to drive to Summerville for better food choices. The population will continue to grow in the future.

Moncks Corner is approx 18miles outside of the north charleston area where you are able to access malls, hospitals and some entertainment very easily.
