Liberal crap hole . - 3/28/2021
Not a bad place except for all the liberal cry babies here , they are actually more socialists than anything . #LOVermillion - 1/9/2020
I attended USD and returned several years later, recognizing the quality of life Vermillion offers. It is a great example of what the best of small town living can be in the midwest US. The Bad: Like the rest of the surrounding area, Vermillion is surrounded by corn fields and there is not much in the way of outdoor recreation. However, the Missouri river is close by and there is fishing available for semi-outdoor enthusiasts. Although the city is considered by many a liberal oasis in a red state, most of the students at USD come from small towns in SD and carry with them a relatively narrow-minded view of the world. There is a lot of racism and bigotry and conservative thinking in SD, and although the university Read More
