New Businesses flocking to Caldwell - 1/16/2011
There are plenty of job opportunities in Caldwell. The problem with national demographic sites is that they don't have a clue of whats happening on the ground they just, well, I don't know what they look at to be honest.
There are two new national chain lodging facilities one completed in 2010 and one, under construction, to be completed 2011. There have been ten new retail/restaurants built/opened in 2010. Manufacturing/oil field jobs grew by 200+ employees in 2010 and have announced similar job opening numbers for 2011. Developers have built new multi-family living facilities and reached 100% occupancy within 60 days. Yet, this site states a 4% decline in employment opportunities.
