Civil Matters - 12/2/2014
Almost everything that happens in Menard,Texas is a Civil Matter. Weather it be car theft, breaking and entering or even theft of services. A person can come to Menard and get his vehicle repaired and break into a place of business and take the vehicle out without any problems from the law enforcement.
