Just bought a house here in Springville in May 2012. Our utilites have been outrageous. Our bill this month in October is $435. That is not a typo. We paid over $400 last month too. We were even gone a week for vacation and almost did not use our ac. There is obviously so sort of error, but Springville refuses to acknowledge that. It is a bedroom community where most big businesses trying to squeeze into town have to build along I-15, two or three miles from Main Street. Springville is filled with history and culture.
