Just bought a house here in Springville in May 2012. Our utilites have been outrageous. Our bill this month in October is $435. That is not a typo. We paid over $400 last month too. We were even gone a week for vacation and almost did not use our ac. There is obviously so sort of error, but Springville refuses to acknowledge that. Springville is possibly one of the best places to live and visit. It is a bedroom community where most big businesses trying to squeeze into town have to build along I-15, two or three miles from Main Street. Springville is filled with history and culture. For example, it is nicknamed Art City because it prides itself for containin the Springville Art Museum, oldest art museum in Utah!
