Cost of Living - 2/5/2009
I've lived in Beford county for 17 years and the cost of living is great!
I disagree with the person who said the cost of living is high. I bought a fairly new home on an acre lot in a great neighborhood for 100,000. It's now worth 130,000. Most of the larger companies in the area (Lynchburg) pay well and are very competitive. My taxes are very low. This is a great place to raise a family too.
