Expensive place to live - 4/25/2006
West Springfield, Virginia is a suburb of Washington DC. It is 14 miles from Washington DC. Most of the jobs here are high paying white color jobs. Accordingly, the cost of living is high here. Traffic is bad, and seems to be getting much worse with time. The area is hilly, wooded and beautiful. The winters are relatively mild with only 4 to 12 inches of snow a year. The summers are hot and humid. The springs and falls are wonderful. Overall it is a nice place to live, but Read More
