It's small and traffic at times is a pain the a**! - 6/25/2006
Unless you work for the U.S.Goverment, Or associated with the military, Or work as a IT (internet technician). Have a CDL license. You'll probably think that this area got it going on!...SIKE! The cost of living in ridiculously expensive! and traffic/rushour is a nightmare. If you commute to DC. You would need to go to Alexandria or DC to do things with the family. The public transportation isn't too bad. I lived in St.Louis,MO for many yrs. Then lived in Philly off and on for 5 yrs and moved here in 2004. My wife and I are looking to check NC in 2 or 3 yrs to possibly relocate.

Getting higher - 6/22/2006
Years ago, Woodbridge wasn't a great or expensive place to live. Now the houses in my area are selling in the $700-900K range and the education system's improved. They're building new homes like crazy all over. Due to the changing demographics, we're even getting a high-end shopping center in the next few years so we'll no longer have to "travel" to shop. This area has it's ups and downs, but overall, it's an ok place to live since we're close to DC and the opportunities the city provides without living
