Great housing prices compared to surrounding area. - 2/22/2010
Baldwin is a great little town that is close to the Twin Cities metro area and as a result, many of the residents commute to the Twin Cities. Baldwin is about 45 miles east of St. Paul, MN and it is open highway the entire way. I bought a house in Baldwin several years ago. The same house would have cost me an additional $100,000 in Hudson or River Falls, WI and would have only taken about 10 minutes off my commute.
