Great Location - 3/15/2020
My wife and I have lived in our current home for about 5 years. We bought the property about 15 years ago as a vacation property. We love it here. It's very peaceful, the well water is the best and the air is the cleanest. As a retired real estate appraiser I believe that the value of real estate in Tuolumne county can only go upwards. There are great investment properties available at very reasonable prices.
