Loudon is really concerned about the air quality, NOT !! I have a neighbor that burns "stuff" every day just to make smoke. I have called the EPA several times . They have come out and talked to the neighbor, but the burning continues every day. We are starting to feel like shutins . What else can I do to stop all this
