I have lived here in the "City Center" for 3 years. Pros, Walkability, cheap housing, weather is pleasant, not to hot or humid in summer. Light to heavy snow in winter. Cons, crime rate, noise, homeless pop. drugs. City is economically depressed, for decades. 1/3 looks like a ghost town, abandon/condemed stores and buildings. Empty factories. Huge Victorian homes fort sale cheap. Till 1950s, was making %90 of gloves made in the U.S. City had over 100 glove factories. Was very prosperous. Very sad to see it
