Good, solid small town economy. Tree lined streets. Lovely bike/hiking trails. On the interstate but not a slave to it. Close to St Cloud; easy ride south to Minneapolis or north to Fargo. Great grocery store and gas stations. Some annual events, kind of lackluster though. Not a variety of churches - Catholic or Lutheran only. Friendly locals to a degree though these particular friendly locals don't actually invite new people into their homes, which is a bit sad. It's a great place to live if you have friends and family in the area, otherwise stick to MSP.
