Review of Albany, New York

traffic
Star Rating - 11/20/2005
If you live north of the Mohawk and have to travel the Norhway south in the morning, you will run into significant traffic getting into Albany County. If you come in to Albany County West on the Thruway, there is a good amount of traffic - but as long as there isnt an accident, the flow is fine.

The layout of the region is suburban where we rely on single occupant automobile travel. There is no mass transit outside a regional bus system
