Alexander is the worst place I've ever lived

Whoever thinks this is a best place to live has clearly abused meth for a really long time. I can't even get the woman who processes water bill payments to cash my check every month. Her name is Kristi Aldrich and she doesn't respond to the town of alexander email address or phone number. Then if you contact her cell phone she acts offended and makes you grovel just to process the payment you mailed in. There's no accountability. Any town with any amount of class would have fired her by now. The mayor looks like a 20 year old kid and doesn't respond when you try to tell him what's going on either. Oh, not to mention I live next to a guy who threatened to murder me when I found out he was married and dumped him. Trashy area. And the people in town who don't like me tell me it's because I dated to report to the sheriffs that he bragged to me and two other women that he's murdered people in california. Zero protection from law enforcement just victim blaming. My mail box and cars have been repeatedly vandalized and they won't cash my water bill checks, just racking up debt in my name. This is all worthy of a lawsuit but the town is so poor there's no one to sue! By far the worst place I have ever lived. No homeowners rights either. People let their dogs run thru my yard and they won't enact leash laws. People regularly trespass on my property. Hell on earth. This is hardly homeownership. Might as well be living in some communist country.
