...except the best public school systems in the nation, the best museums in the world, the best shopping in the country outside Manhattan, the best subway system in the country, etc., etc. BTW, nothing is overpriced if people are willing to pay for it. You should have learned the law of supply and demand in grade school. Smart people want to live here, stupid people feel out of place here.
