Athens is really a jewel hidden in & of itself. This place had so much stuff; it's constantly changing. They have city transit. They're expanding the highway and building overpasses to essentially make it a freeway. The housing market is great, schools are great.
The Diversive people are great, lots of restaurants. No different than any suburb of Atlanta in a sense; we're also close to agausta too so you get the best of both worlds
