This is a community of friendly people, great natural beauty with lakes, rivers, mountains, only 12 inches of rain per year(it is high desert), and affordable housing. It is a community that is constantly giving to each other--every week there are events that create family fun, and at the same time, give $$ to various worthy local charities. Very little crime, 30 golf courses, many art galleries, great restaurants, yet farms and ranches all around--quite a mix.
