Minnesota is ine of the best places to live. alot conplain of the winters when in reality it makes it that much better. there is more to do here due yo the season changes as opposed to most places.
apparently the cist of living is high, i havent seen that. but probably because jobs usually pay well. (I'm 24, making 21.51/hour eith NO college.)
you will love it.
