does'nt show up on radar

Boise is a nice city, great to drive in, very clean, however it has a hyper- aggressive police force that brings out a hammer and a slew of squad cars when only one is needed, and some proper people skills. It also does'nt help that the overwhelming religon in the area is Mormon, with their very strict& unflexible beliefs. Also "right to work" = Poverty, as this area has some of the lowest hourly wages in the country. Like I said, certain things don't show up on radar, and these things really detract from this area.
