Your numbers are off... House Median is app $280,000 to well over $300,000 for east Boise
Rent is $800 for a one bdm apt... to well over $1300 for a 3bdm apt.
In Zillow trying putting $200,000 3bdm 2 bath 1400sqft and see how many hits in Boise..1-4 maybe.... ADA County(Boise-Meridian-etc.,) 10-12 maybe..
Boise house prices have gone up about $60-80,000 since last year...
