There is no way 90 is the ave temp in July (or Aug, or Sept). We have already had 4 consecutive weeks of well above 90 and hit 100+ at least 8 times. The air quality during the winter is terrible with the inversions. Rent and home prices are skyrocketing (an not just in Boise but all the surrounding areas), open land is disappearing, it is not friendly to Californians (because the locals blame them for the loss of land, and the price hikes, and the worsening traffic, and the increasing crime). Sure crime is lower but it is getting worse with so many people moving here.
Don't buy the hype.
