My neighborhood

In the last 10 years -> the landfill closed and is now a thriving mall complex with a park planned. My township has been zoned rural. Multi-million$$ horse farms now occupy land 1-2 miles North of me. My neighbor keeps putting tons of $$ into his own property significantly increasing other property value in the neighborhood.
