Avoid Brunswick and Medina at all costs!

Better known as "brunstucky or brunsvirginia". This is a standing joke all over the area.
We have 7 months of snow and the rest of the months are cloudy and rainy. Very little sunshine here.
The people of the area are mainly blue collar, NASCAR type of people. Pick-ups, big camper sized SUV's and old Caddy's are pretty much the norm and Mustangs are proudly displayed at the car lots.
The police in the area have way too much time on their hands and will ticket you for going 1 mile over the speed limit. Medina Police are even worse.
We have watched the value of our home drop 100K. We basically lose about 2K a month in the value. It is just about at the price we bought it for in 1992. How's thats for an investment?
As soon as we can get out of here, we are going to head west.
I say, avoid Brunswick and avoid Medina in general. Strongsville is a much better choice and the high schools probably don't have tractor pulls like Medina does!
