I am sorry to say I find this to be true also. I spoke with a gentleman that had a rental sign in on the property. He stated he would be showing it on a specific evening. When my family and I showed up for the walk through, he and his wife sat in the car for a period and watched us. After a neighbor stared us down and then placed a call the owner drove over to us and stated he had found the "right" ones to rent to. He was very uncomfortable and his wife just glared. I feel sorry for people that cannot see beyond color. I believe that in all races there are good and there are bad. I would not want to rent from these people as I told my family. I do not deal with small minded people and would refuse to give them one penny of my money as well as one more minute of my time.
