Feb 2021 - Been here 14 years (west side of town, near Randall Rd). Good schools. Diverse community. Shopping, restaurants, churches, etc... close and abundant. Easy access into downtown Chicago, but has the feel of quiet suburbs. Close to the interstate and not too far from Metro stations. The recent recession, pandemic (and internet shopping) took its toll on local businesses, but we're seeing a revival now. New homes going up all around the area, and homes are selling within a few short days of being listed. It was a great place to raise our teenagers. We have new neighbors all around.
