If you like a small-town feel, an abundance of green trees, River beaches and solitude, this is the place for you. 30 minute drive to all the shopping you need. One and a half hours to Portland Oregon. One hour to the beach. Every time you get in the car and drive somewhere it's like looking at a picture postcard. Air is fresh. People are friendly. Town has all the basics you need. Oh and I must mention, Excellent fishing and a Marina where you can park your boat. Children will grow up in a caring community with lots of support for advancement. The area offers so many opportunities for outdoor experiences. Love it!
If I could place it 15 minutes from Portland, I would give it 5 stars. But then . . .
It would not be as serene.
