Chandler is a BEAUTIFUL place to live but the housing market has gone sky high! A young couple just starting out will find it hard to find a reasonable home for less then 350K. New homes are outragous!! Most starting in the 400K range. BUT I guess you pay for the weather and scenery!! We are moving to Colorado springs after just 3 yrs here... too hot in the summers!!
