Greetings
I moved to Arizona from Columbus, Ohio, roughly 10 years ago. I have lived in Chandler, AZ for 9 of those years. I have always been interested in real estate and became a licensed realtor 3 years ago. Chandler is one of the up and coming cities in the USA. Property values have skyrocketed and new trendy businesses have scrambled to establish themselves in new commercial centers. Due to its location, the city is landlocked and it has pretty much reached 'critical mass' in growth. There are very few parcels of private land left to acquire/develop so they are fairly pricey. There are several fairly affordable sub-divisions going up, most of the remaining new builds are trending towards the million dollar range.
