this place has a mayor on a power trip.....his name is tiny tim,,,,he picks on all the people in this town that are not his kin folks,,,lastest he got michie kendrick a big fine for trash in his yard...but has houses people are living in with holes in roofs,,,,missing siding,,,poorchs falling in...paint peeling...elec. problems...no water in some of these homes people still living in,,,a bar downtown that will fall on some ones head,,he leaves them alone,,,he trys to make up his own rules as he see fit...this guy is on a hell of a power trip..hes got another 3-4 years and maybe he will be gone as mayor of this ghost town,,,he has ran more people away from this town then he is worth..water prices run about $80.00 to 125,monthly...taxes are at 10% as of now....this is no place to move to while he is mayor of this place,,,on a head trip he is,,,must have problems at home,,,or he might drink alot,,,he needs to seek a dr. or some one...i dont know,,,might help his problem..maybe not....just thought id warn ya...
