CHARLESTON HAS A VERY SLOW JOB GROWTH THE CITY AND STATE HAS SEEN A POPULATION DECREASE OVER THE YEARS. THE TAXES ARE HIGH AN THERE ARE NO GOOD JOBS HERE. MOST PEOPLE HERE LIVE PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK AN THE AIR QUALITY IS POOR.
