Quiet cheap living

Clarence is a nice clean small town. There is a small eatery, a Caseys general store and a bar. Not much else. Housing is cheap and for $100,000 you can buy a lot of house on a big lot. You are centrally located between Cedar Rapids, Iowa City and the Quad Cities with all of them being within a 45min drive. Lived her about 10 years.

also forgot to add it is 99.9% Caucasion people, lots of farmers and older people. Only thing is trains tracks run close to town so that gets a little loud in the summer but its not too bad. Nice people nice schools.
