Don't move here just for the weather. There are so many negatives about living in central Florida I can't mention them all. The property taxes are astronomical, because of the area being high risk for tornados and hurricanes. Never puchase a mobile or manufactured home in this area. You will never be able to sell it. The racial climate is marginal, this is the south let's not forget. If you have plans to move to Clearwater, do your homework, some love it here, some hate it, I hate it.
