Not worth the price for this town.

Sellers must think that they have waterfront property because the housing cost are through the roof. You can not find a decent non-fixer-uper for less than 250,000. Unreal!
Another downside is the smell from the sugar plant. No matter where you live in Clewiston, the smell overpowers you.
