Living in Columbus

New Albany is a great community, known for its school district and beautiful Georgian homes. My advice is to go for the real thing and live in the inner loop neighborhoods. New Albany and greater Columbus in general suffers from unbounded overbuilding from local homebuilding behemoth M/I and others. Housing values will never adequately maintain in any of the suburban neighborhoods as a result of the boundless cornfields and accessible highways.
Would recommend Upper Arlington or Bexley.
