terrible area to live in

The home values have declined drastically and this started long before the recession. Most of the once nice apartments have gone to section 8. The crime is terrible, the gangs roam the streets at night. I got out of this area 5 years ago when I seen what was happening to the area and the type of people that were moving into this once up-scale area.Its nothing more than "the hood"...
