Cost of Living in CT

Utilities and fuel one of the highest, if not the highest in containental USA.
Housing and property taxes pretty close to top, also. North-Eastern part of the state less expensive/South-Western and Hartford area, most expensive. School systems fairly good, but Board of Ed usually controls town/city budgets.
