The wealthiest state in the union. No infrastructure, few highways, poorly maintained roads, extreme poverty. Hartford, New Haven, Stamford riddled with crime, poverty. This state has a long history of complete failure in leadership and a government riddled with corruption. A billion dollar surpluse, yet they are unable to attract business, provide jobs, reduce crime and address the needs of the people. Don't move to Connecticut.
