Cordes Lakes inflated in only LISTING PRICE, residential real estate sales have declined SEVERLY, and most want single family residences as opposed to the mass of disintegrating old mobiles in the older east side drug dealer section. The ammenities per same price as Phoenix homes severly pale. No reality here, yet no one is really stuck here, but for that one grand move.
There are neighborhoods, tiny seclusioned sections in this rural, unincorporated community with breathtaking hill or cliff precipice appeal.But in this economy, few care.
