Cortland -- Compelling Value

I relocated to Cortland, NY from Abingdon, MD two years ago. The house prices are much lower, but new construction is virutally non-existent in the immediate area.
Virgil is a nice area to look for houses. Rural and very scenic with much to do. The City of Cortland itself is crowded and rather poor. Homer (just to the North) is another nice area to look at.
